Huglu ArmsCo and CZ-USA have reached a mutual agreement
that grants complete distribution rights and limited trademark use of Huglu
shotguns to CZ-USA. Beginning Jan. 1, 2005, CZ-USA will take over all sales,
marketing and warranty of Huglu products in North America.
